Dental Implants

Our restorative dentistry options are basically your conventional crowns, fillings, bridges. We get into everything from removable partial dentures to full dentures, implants. We restore over implants. Whether we place the implant or not, we still restore over the implants that we get from oral surgeons that send us patients, or if we send a patient to an oral surgeon for an implant, then we're going to restore that implant. As far as the old silver filling stuff goes, man, I can count on one hand how many of those I do in a year. I feel like I can put something if there's another material that I can put in your mouth that looks and acts more like natural tooth structure, then I'm going to do it.

The vast majority of our restorative dentistry is going to be with a white tooth-colored fillings bonded in. We also do a lot of crowns, a lot of bridges. Most of them are white, but gold is still an awesome standard. So if we need to use gold, we'll choose that, and it may be the best material to use in a particular situation. We try to, even with our simple routine restorative procedures, we try to keep it, make our choices based on the individual and what is needed and what's going to give us the very best long-term result.

Receiving your first dental implants can often be a life-changing experience. Implants can completely revolutionize the way you talk, eat, and laugh. At Legacy Smiles, we offer many different types of dental implants, including traditional implants, All-on-4, All-on-6, mini implants, implant-retained dentures, and implant-supported dentures. We also offer options for immediate-load implants. Because dental implants restore almost 100 percent of your natural chewing ability, they can let you get back to living your life!

Our Billings, MT dentist office provides various types of dentures including full removable dentures, partials, implant-retained, implant-supported, and temporary dentures. Dentures are used to completely or partially replace your natural teeth. If you are looking for dentures with the most support and stability possible, implant-retained or implant-supported dentures may be for you. These types are the best at mimicking your natural smile.

Veneers are a great way to restore your teeth to their full potential. Our skillfully crafted porcelain veneers can be used to hide chips, cracks, and other imperfections in your teeth. The durable material is designed to cover up cosmetic flaws as well as to restore functionality. Let us help you recover what you’ve lost.

Dental Crowns & Bridges

Our Billings, MT dentist office provides unbreakable BruxZir Solid Zirconia crowns and bridges. We create crowns out of the toughest tooth-colored materials for beautiful, long-lasting restorations. We also can place implant-supported bridges, which are bridges secured using dental implants. The use of dental implants gives the bridge a longer lifespan and the most support and security possible.

Inlays & Onlays

Inlays and onlays are restorative options for teeth with moderate amounts of damage. These options are perfect for correcting damage that is a bit more extensive than what a filling can repair but is not in need of a full crown. Inlays and onlays work much like crowns, covering only a portion of your tooth instead of the whole thing. Inlays typically only cover the biting surface of your tooth and fill in the crevices that are deepened by decay. Onlays are used on the sides of the tooth and cover damaged areas.

Tooth-Colored Dental Fillings

Dental fillings are the one of most popular types of restorative services we provide. More than 90 percent of adult Americans have had a cavity at some point in their lives. Our office aims to catch and treat cavities before they turn into larger problems using our DIAGNOdent cavity detection technology. We provide tooth-colored composite fillings, which are durable, long-lasting, and aesthetically pleasing. Our Billings, MT dentist office has offered metal-free fillings for more than a decade.

Root Canal Therapy

If you are in pain, it is possible that you may need a root canal. A root canal is a common procedure where the doctor removes infected tissue from your tooth root and replaces it with a synthetic material in order to stop further infection and pain. If you are in pain, contact our Billings, MT dentist right away. Let us help you feel better.

Full Mouth Reconstructions

Read Transcript

Full-mouth reconstruction is really the pinnacle of applying everything we ever learned or know about dentistry. We are literally taking, it's almost like a blank slate here, and we are completely re-engineering, and redesigning, and rebuilding a person's mouth the way Mother Nature intended it to be. Quite often, we're not just restoring it the way Mother Nature made their mouth. We're actually restoring it in such a fashion that we're improving upon what they originally had genetically. We're literally lining up, taking into account the joint, the teeth, the jaws, the cosmetics of it, how it all designs and fits and functions. All this has to come together to fit, function for a lifetime.

We literally make molds and models of your mouth, and we mount it up on this thing called an articulator that's designed to simulate your head and your joint, and how things all come together. We redesign, we rebuild your entire mouth. We do it in wax first. Then I'm going to take that whole plan, and that whole model, we're going to take it back to your mouth, and then we're going to literally go through the recreation process and make that a part of your mouth. It's the very best that we've got to offer our patients in dentistry. It's amazing what we can do.

Have you lost or damaged many of your teeth? We understand that sometimes this happens due to disease, injury, or age, and we are here to help. If you think you may need extensive restorative dentistry procedures and work, a full mouth reconstruction may be right for you. We often do full mouth reconstructions for patients who have lost or damaged many of their teeth and want to restore their smiles to their former functionality and beauty. We do this by employing dental implants, implant-retained dentures, implant-supported dentures, crowns, or bridges. We create all of our prostheses to look as natural as possible with plenty of realistic detail – with a full mouth reconstruction, you can achieve a fully functioning smile once more.

Restore your teeth to their full potential. If you need dental work, please call our Billings, MT dentist office at (406) 794-3114 or use our online form to send us a message. We would be happy to help.
